EditorI livedoutside the Rwanda  for more than 30 years and returned home only a month ago. What the country has achieved over the last 17 years is worth celebrating and protecting.A lot has been said about the country and some detractors have been on the loose while some disgruntled politicians may want to see our country descend back into chaos. We must resist anybody who harbours destructive designs.Like they say, actions speak louder than words. If all Rwandans do more and achieve more, our enemies will be disarmed.
