Editor,I wish to respond to Dr. Eugene Ndabaga’s piece (Borrowing a leaf from Rwanda, The New Times, March, 31)Dr. Ndabaga, you are just scratching the surface. There are issues that are far greater than all the aspects of development you mentioned. Be it social, political etc. Down the road, some of the biggest threats Rwanda will have to deal with include drain brain and capital flight that you didn’t talk about. Besides, your article is So one sided... Yes, I agree, Rwanda has come a long way. Other countries should learn from our visionary President whom I admire so much. But make no mistake... the challenges ahead will require a much stronger social, economic and political grounding. Louis GakumbaGisenyi
