Ugandan karate instructor James Opiyo, 4th Dan, conducted his first training session in Kigali on Friday, April 28, at Kigali Elite Sports Academy in Kicukiro District.

A prominent Ugandan karate instructor, James Opiyo, arrived in Rwanda on Friday, April 28, to conduct a two-day training session in Kigali.

The seminar was launched on Friday at Kigali Elite Sports Academy (KESA), in Kicukiro, Kigali.

On Saturday, Opiyo and his trainees joined residents of Niboyi Sector, in the monthly community work (Umuganda) exercise where they braved the morning rain to clean the neighbourhood.

Karate coach James Opiyo joined residents of Niboyi Sector, in the monthly community work (Umuganda) and later in the afternoon conducted his last session of the two-day seminar.
On Saturday, April 28, the karatekas joined residents of Niboyi Sector, in the monthly community work (Umuganda) exercise where they braved the morning rain to cut grass and clear bushes in Kicukiro District.
