Editor,Allow me, through your newspaper, to commend business owners for continuously training their staff and, in truth, there is a general improvement in customer service in Rwanda.More investments will always come in as long as businesses and organizations excel in customer care delivery. Poor customer care inhibits any form of progress, whether business related or not, and should therefore be addressed as a matter of urgency.Organizations should know that money spent on customer care will generate and attract more profits in the long run. Excellent customer care, without doubt, attracts more clients.I am happy that the Government has encouraged public institutions and local leaders to improve on service delivery. It has started paying off, and I continue to look forward for even more improvement.Emmanuel MutambaRwamagana
