Editor,Many people talk of corruption but we forget that this is a secondary function of bad governance amongst the African leaders. Take Rwanda, for example, they are doing well against corruption because President Paul Kagame is committed to fighting it.When there is corruption at the top, expect a down spiral or spill over to the bottom of the pyramid to blossom and destroy the society.
