Editor,

I am a Tanzanian citizen living and working in Rwanda, for over ten years. During my stay here, I have had the chance to see the development strides the country and her people have made and I must say the atmosphere is really conducive for investment.

I base this on various factors, however, the greatest among them all is the role played by the Government in ensuring stability and putting in place a system that makes it easy for investors to easily set up shop.

Bodies like the Rwanda Development Board-RDB, Rwanda Revenue Authority-RRA and the Private Sector Federation-PSF, have done well to make it easy for investors and business people to easily register their businesses.

I am certain the country will receive more investors in the year 2012.
