Last Friday at Cadillac VIP, the Muchachu band inflicted music upon a bevy of beer-guzzling and highly enthusiastic crowd of mostly local urban elites, business tycoons, the top brass and whites of different nationalities till the wee hours of the morning.

The talents in this place qualify it to be one of the few clubs where one can spend a weekend without outstanding regrets.

The group of multilingual musicians who played Jazz, traditional blues, salsa and bolero, among others, has recently catapulted onto the music scene giving the local entertainment industry a new face.

The male dominated group of highly gifted and experienced artists, showed revelers what they anticipated.

The upscale hangout that is located in the heart of the city was filled to capacity and the jam in the parking yard could tell it all before one stepped into the club.

The high spirited patrons streamed into the place from all directions and by nine O’clock every guest had a reason to justify his presence at Cadillac’s VIP.

It is needless to mention that the evening was tremendous, and no regrets for stay.

Inside the bar
The stage setting was top-notch and apart from the fact that sound system was sophisticated, it was brilliant.

The stupendous changes and splendid organization of the place bring one of the convictions that, the place deserves parting.

The bar and ambience
At the first sight one notices the fundamental changes in the bar’s ambience, clientele, music selection, and the staff hospitality.

The clientele of the legendary bar cuts through all ages – the youth and old all hangouts at Cadillac, but its uniqueness is that it is identified with the upscale citizenry.

The music in the bar is directed by one of Kigali’s best DJs and the tact with which he selects and mixes his music could be the magic behind a mammoth audience of bar goers in the place.

However, what could have vexed many revelers particularly was the amusing band, which sent almost, if not all wild and longing for more.

The evening was undoubtedly superb, as the Muchachu band had made it all. But as hours rolled, and the place got crested, recounting to its best moment, I became a little bit tense, and so was my friend.

Nonetheless, interruptions from a nagging waiter who kept asking me several times, if the content in my glass was finished irritated me a lot.

Did he expect me to gallop the whole stuff at once! Probably he had not noticed that I was with "Icyana”, and so I had to behave myself.
