Deepening capital markets

Rwanda’s young capital markets are expected to be in the news this year following various forms of developments in the recent past. Mr Robert Mathu was instrumental in the establishment of Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) that brought into reality the listing of both Bralirwa Ltd and Bank of Kigali. In the course of 2012, it is highly likely that RSE will handle the sale of various prime assets belonging to government as one way of boosting the privatization programme.
