In the latest episode (10) of our podcast, The Long Form, we are joined by seasoned political analyst Fredrick Golooba-Mutebi to discuss the recent RPF-Inkotanyi Congress, the re-election of President Paul Kagame as party chair, and concerns over succession.

Golooba-Mutebi and our host, Sanny Nyatombya, also touch on Uganda’s General Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s Twitter activity and how it may impacts his expected pursuit of presidency, or whether it is a smokescreen tailored to lengthen President Museveni’s regime.

The two also discuss the ongoing feud between Kenyan president William Ruto and opposition veteran Raila Odinga.
