I wish to comment on the country’s efforts to promote agriculture, which is a critical element for the Rwanda’s economy.

The country is primarily an agricultural economy and the investments made in this sector, will definitely ensure sustainability of food security as well as and transform farmers’ lives.

Investments in irrigation and enhancing food storage facilities are among the  initiatives that will  go a long way in promoting agriculturists.
