BELGIUM’s Marine U-19 defender Jean Marie Rusingizandekwe joined his European-based teammates in Kigali on Thursday night. Rusingizandekwe, who was a key figure for junior wasps in this year’s Fifa U-17 World Cup finals, held in Mexico, will also be part of the professional team drawn from Belgium, which is in the country to play two proposed friendly matches against APR and Amavubi Stars, today, and Monday respectively.

Meanwhile, former Amavubi striker Henri Munyaneza missed the flight to Kigali due to club commitments with WS Woluwe FC in Belgium.
Former Amavubi captain, the brain behind the project, Desire Mbonabucya, told Times Sport yesterday, "I got information that he got a new club which called him for trials at a time when he had reached the airport, so he had to choose what is right for his career.”
Munyaneza last featured for Amavubi in 2008 and ever since then, the striker fell out with the federation over money issues.
In 2010, he demanded for $3000 (about Frw1.6 millions) for his every appearance for the Amavubi Stars in the 2010 World Cup/Africa Nations Cup qualifiers.
Without sensing the danger such unrealistic demands would cause to his international career, the striker, was immediately dropped from the list of professionals that had been drafted.
Munyaneza has previously played for Beerschot AC, Saint-Trond VV, FCV Dender EH, VCD Eendracht Alost, Denderhoutem, and RWDM Meilleur Pied.
