I live in Rushyoki Sector, Rulindo District. Of late, there have been a big number of stray dogs loitering in the area. I have heard many residents in other districts complain about the same.

We hear that people ferry ageing dogs from other areas, during the night, and dump them in the district. I want to appeal to the district leaders to investigate these claims.

And, if this is the case, a solution to get rid of ageing dogs should be discussed.
