The street lights in the urban cities across Rwanda have not only made walking at night secure and fun, but they have also added beauty to the roads.

I would like to appeal to local government officials to look at ways of having more street lights that reach even neighbourhoods.

While setting up and maintaining the lights can be costly, private companies can take on the costs and get ownership of the lamps through advertising.

That would present a win-win situation for all.
