Top 18 companies with products that are defined by high quality products, service and good brand reputation were recognised in the 4th edition of Consumers Choice Awards, organised by Karisimbi Events, in an event that took place at M Hotel on April 5.
Those include; Bank of Kigali (the commercial Bank of the year), Iyaga Plus (the paint company of the year), Premier Bet (the betting company of the year), Toyota (Car brand of the year), and Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital (the Eye hospital of the year).
ACORNS International school (the international school of the year), Robotics Solutions (IT company of the year), Softline Design Ltd (Large Format Printing company of the year), IRIZA Service Team (Service team of the year), SATGURU Travel and Tours (Travel and Tours company of the year), and MJF Quality Design Ltd (Interior Design company of the year).
SINA Gerard (Agribusiness company of the year), RADIANT Insurance Company Ltd (Insurance Company of the year), Reseau Interdiocesain de Microfinance (RIM) (Microfinance Company of the year), Hopeline sports ltd (sports shop of the year), Smart Application (most Innovative Healthcare Technology Provider of Choice), Stafford Coffee Brewers (Coffee Shop of the year), and Eager Hospitality (Upcoming Hospitality team of the year).
"Winning this award is an affirmation of our efforts. It is an encouragement to keep improving our services and it is also an indication that people are seeing and appreciating us,” said Jaliah Mukabazungu, CEO of MJF Quality Designs.
These were selected from 100 businesses and divided into 18 categories for voting by the public and online voting, which accounts for 60% of the ultimate winner.
Sesonga Aime, head marketing at Iyaga Plus, also stated that the award is a milestone, particularly after a difficult year in which a fire broke out at Iyaga Plus, shaking its operations.
"We are back on our feet, and we thank Karisimbi Events for recognizing our efforts," he added.
CEO of Karisimbi Events, Emmanuel Mugisha, noted that the main objective of this award is to encourage both service providers and manufacturers to provide high quality products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
