I read with keen interest an article in The New Times, December 6 , titled " Rwanda aims to become more competitive.”
The Rwanda Development Board ( RDB ) and all concerned agencies within Government, including Rwanda Private Sector Federation ( RPSF ) always strive for excellence which has enabled the country to attain enviable world rankings.
Prompt responses to customers and investors at RDB, the Immigration Department and various other Government agencies may well make Rwanda "Numero Uno” among all African countries in the Global Competitive Index and will also enable the country to sustain and even enhance the progress achieved over the last two decades.
