Editor,

Rwanda has emerged as the fourth least corrupt country in Africa and 49th in the world according to Transparency International’s 2011 Corruption Perception Index. It’s indeed true that the current leadership has registered tremendous success within the last seventeen years.  The leadership has united all Rwandans, fought corruption, transformed the economy and several investors knocked on the country’s door and set up base.

Doing business in the country has been eased by Rwanda Development Board. The achievement registered after the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi cannot be sneered at even by Rwanda’s detractors.
