The various religious sects perturb many people around the world and this has led to perpetuation of inequality, injustice and conflicts. At the very beginning, there was our non-sophisticated African tradition where people worshiped, gave sacrifices and believed in gods.

The coming of missionaries brought the ‘light’ unto our eyes hence Gods gospel was spread. Unfortunately, there came division causing a rift between Catholicism, Anglicanism and Islam.
The Catholics preached about Mary as the mother of Jesus and the one who intercedes to God on their behalf. The Anglicans preached about Jesus Christ as the personal saviour while the Muslims preached about Mohammed as the prophet of God and having faith in Allah.
This all led to disaster, destruction and grief. Finally, there came a solution to all these problems. Unity finally came and unlike before the world is learning to forsaken all grudges and religious differences, and firmly stands to their faith until end. People have decided to believe in one God since they realized that as much as religions are differences in opinions, they all believed in one God.
