Rice rightly said, when addressing government officials, students and faculty of the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), this great nation gives the world a glowing example, as well as hope and a lesson for all post conflict countries to learn what can be achieved with effective policies.

Rice rightly said, when addressing government officials, students and faculty of the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), this great nation gives the world a glowing example, as well as hope and a lesson for all post conflict countries to learn what can be achieved with effective policies.
The Government of Rwanda has been the driving force in this transformation process. Organisations like the Rwanda Development Board and the Rwanda Private Sector Federation have played a key role in developing trade, tourism and investments which help in bringing the country’s economy to optimum levels.
It is also the people of Rwanda who have rallied together in support of the Government to make this transformation a reality.
