Dominic Nic to organise solo music concert

Association of Pentecostal Churches in Rwanda –ADEPR, will play host to a free free concert featuring Dominic Nic Ashimwe.  The renowned gospel artiste will organise a mega praise and worship concert on November 11. Ashimwe, better known as Dominic Nic, will also perform at the event.

Association of Pentecostal Churches in Rwanda –ADEPR, will play host to a free free concert featuring Dominic Nic Ashimwe.

The renowned gospel artiste will organise a mega praise and worship concert on November 11. Ashimwe, better known as Dominic Nic, will also perform at the event.

Dominic Nic said: "After realising how God loves me and where I came from, I decided to organise a praise and worship concert to thank God, which will also help other people to know the grace of God.”

"Although it’s planned to be a solo concert, even other artistes who would wish to support me are welcome to participate,” Dominic Nic added.

The concert dubbed: "Receive our special thanks for you Lord!” will be held at ADEPR church in Nyarugenge, Kigali City.

Dominic Nic has three studio albums under his belt. Thus far, 2010 was a successful year for the down to earth person singer who won various awards including: Moriah Awards—Best Album 2010, Salax Music Awards—Best Gospel Artiste 2010 and, East African Music Awards 2010—Best Gospel Artiste.

However, the concert is billed to be one of Dominic Nic’s major concerts after a long sojourn, though he has offered support to other artistes in their concerts.
