On Monday, the local football federation, Ferwafa, announced Sredojevic Mutin Micho the new head coach for the country’s senior side, Amavubi Stars.

They also picked homeboys Jean Marie Ntagwabira and Erioc Nshimiyimana as assistants to the Serbian tactician.

That the team has got bosses just a few months, after the resignation of Sellas Tetteh, is good news considering that the team is already regrouping for their next assignment.

Micho may be lacking in terms of national level experience, but his record at the top club level, in various countries, should help him deliver on his new assignments.

Let’s all rally behind the new Amavubi chiefs, by giving them all our support in their quest to restore our glory.
