Dear editor,

MTN seems to have very low technological support from its staff. Otherwise how can it fail to check the small technical problems of net work.

I would like to comment on MTN Rwanda, a communication expert Company regarding the type of connection they are extending to us theses days. It real lacks Quality and Rwanda has positioned itself as a country where quality is in everything.

We as clients of MTN are greatly disappointed with the way your communication giant Company treats its numerous customers.

MTN seems irresponsible because the only way of knowing the calls that cannot access us, ‘Call back’ is also not working. The staff responsible for these services should be careful because communication is something, which has to be handled with unusual care. On a funny but serious concern if we continue to receive words like; ‘the number you have called is not available at the moment’, many people will be sacked from work, and people will divorce, while those in relationships will part thinking that there kind of dodging each other.

In brief, it will cause disorderly and frustration and clients continue to be the victims of the technological failure. If the net work can’t work, we would like to request for the call back service.
