Niger’s Minister of Transport who is also the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of the Agency for the Safety of Air Navigation in Africa and Madagascar (ASCENA), Oumarou Malam Alma, and his visiting delegation, on Wednesday, March 29, visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial where they paid homage to the more than 250, 000 genocide victims buried there. The delegates also gained insight into the cause of the 1994 genocide against Tutsi and the measures taken to end it.

At the Memorial, He was accompanied by Jean Lamy, President of the Board of Administrators and Managing Director of Rwanda Airports Company, Charles Habonimana.
