On Wednesday October, 26, I boarded a commuter taxi at the Ministry of Justice bus stop heading, to Kimironko in the evening. When we reached near Kiseminti, the driver started calling somebody on his cell phone!! At Kiseminti roundabout, he nearly knocked another vehicle and all the passengers screamed.

When they asked him to stop his phone conversation, he instead rebuked everybody travelling in his taxi. Police should discipline such irresponsible drivers.
