Ugandan attacker Rashid Mutebi has signed for Rwandan second tier club Vision FC as a free agent.

Mutebi, 26, joined the Kigali-based club on a three-month contract with an option for extension when the 2022/23 campaign comes to an end.

Vision FC who finished second in Group A with 31 points are aiming to grab one of the two tickets to the topflight the club lured Mutebi to help them in their quest for promotion starting with Saturday’s playoffs clash with Nyanza FC.

The Ugandan forward will be expected to use his experience expertise to help the club finally qualify after they failed to make it in their last three attempts.

Mutebi previously featured for Bidico FC, Sadolin FC and SC Villa, all in Uganda, as well as Rwandan clubs Gicumbi, Mukura Victory Sports, Etincelles and Musanze FC.
