The ongoing Rugby World Cup got me thinking about sports development in the country.

While there are so many sports played in Rwanda, one hardly finds young kids involved. Apart from soccer, can the various sports federations consider settings aside funds for the development of their respective sports in schools?

If we start early, I have no doubt the country would have the capacity to produce multiple teams of winners.
