This is an appeal to the Rwanda National Police to take action against drivers and motorcyclists who drive while speaking on phone. There have been a lot of complaints about the practice but little or no action from the relevant authorities.

This is particularly rampant among motorcyclists. Recently, I boarded a motorcycle from Kimironko to Remera.  While on the motorbike, the motorist received a phone and we nearly caused an accident. Let’s make it our initiative as members of the public to report such acts to the police or castigate those who do it.
