Dwindling performance at both the public and private sector is often caused by various factors including complacency and lack of clear targets.

I therefore request employers to regularly evaluate the performance of their employees. However, this must be done in a transparent manner.

One of the main tested and tried antidotes to boost output is regular review to improve or stay at the top institutions must adopt structures that help to montor performance.
