This letter is in reference to Linda Mbabazi’s interesting article in yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled " Kigali Serena Hotel launches lounge.”

It is a fact, that the Kigali Serena Hotel is the pride of Rwanda. I say this, after having recently stayed and experienced the high level of professionalism and personalised service one experiences at the hotel.

The staff are always very warm and friendly and ever willing to help. It is a great address to have when one is on a business visit to Kigali.

For sure, the new lounge will be a great asset and a welcome addition to the many food and beverage facilities already available at the hotel.

I wish Charles Muia, Country Manager, Serena Hotels and his efficient team every success with the rapidly growing hospitality business in this beautiful land of a thousand hills and a million smiles.
