This letter is in reference to Edmund Kagire’s story in Wednesday’s issue of The New Times titled "Renaissance Capital to host investors.”

Kudos to Renaissance Capital for a great initiative in hosting over 60 investors from the region and beyond. It is very encouraging to note that this leading global investment bank has taken a great step forward in bringing investors from all over the world to this beautiful country - Rwanda.

 The financial services sector is a crucial segment in any development process and such a conference will endorse the tremendous efforts put in by the Rwanda Development Board and other Government agencies to showcase what the country has to offer.

 I wish Solomon Mahinda, Renaissance Capital’s Vice President, Group Marketing and his team every success during the investors’ conference in this land of great opportunities.
