This letter is in reference to your lead story in yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled "IFAD commends country’s use of aid.”

Good governance and zero tolerance to corruption ensures the effective use of all aid that this great nation receives.

As Yukiko Omura , Vice President, International Fund for Agriculture Development ( IFAD ) remarked , all their projects in Rwanda run smoothly. Like IFAD, other donor agencies should similarly be experiencing a similar pattern. 

If the Vision 2020 is implemented in the right manner, it will not be long before the new Rwanda becomes self-sufficient.
