I have always compared coffee to engine oil. Without oil in the engine, a car cannot function properly. The same happens in absence of a cup of coffee, two or three times a day. There is a sort of rejuvenation power behind every cup of coffee.

Drivers regularly replenished their cars with new engine oil before they take it for a spin. The same applies to people; before we go to school or work in the morning, we need a cup of hot, steaming, fresh and strong coffee.

It will prepare both our body and engine—mind—to face the day. Lack of oil in a car leads to the rusting of car parts and the lack of a cup of coffee in the body usually makes a tired mind even more dormant.

Give us a cup of coffee and we are active. Say it and we will do it. Whenever oil is put in a car, it flows smoothly through the oil filter, to the cylinder head, into the gasket, to the valves and then the pistons. Connecting all these parts together and when the car is switched on, boy will the engine roar into life.

When you are having a very stressful day and you feel like your entire body is disintegrated, you need a cup of coffee. Coffee will revive any static and numb mind.

It will flow down your throat, smoothly into your stomach, through the liver, dispersed into the veins and up your brain.

During the process, its sweet aroma will break that static monotony and its power hence resurrecting your brain.

Finally dissolving that crystal of stress and you will be alive again firing on all cylinders.
