Editor,

I wish to commend the Kigali Institute of Management for holding its first graudation ceremony.

A graduation is a memorable occasion for one and all and I wish the very best to all the 289 young Rwandan students who have completed their Bachelors degree in Business Management (BBM) , majoring in accounts and finance.

Very special congratulations to the four female and two male students who were awarded first class degrees. For sure, their hard work has been rewarded and they will be able to face the challenges ahead with confidence.

Special encouragement, also, to all the other students who have graduated, to strive hard and aim high in their future careers.

The Indian Merchants’ Chamber , a Premier Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is now in its 105th year of existence , would be happy to assist any of these enthusiastic BBM students , should they be interested in a suitable internship here in Mumbai.

Our Chamber has a dedicated Education Committee, headed by a former Vice-Chancellor of a leading Indian University. Some of our IMC members are already engaging students from different European, American and Canadian Universities. Why not from this beautiful country - Rwanda?
