RwandAir has really improved its Services

Editor,I have been a regular traveller with RwandAir and every time I have tavelled their flights, I realise some real improvement on their services.Last Monday, I travelled on their morning flight at 6.50 a.m. and was impressed to see that they had three different flights almost at the same time.

I have been a regular traveller with RwandAir and every time I have tavelled their flights, I realise some real improvement on their services.

Last Monday, I travelled on their morning flight at 6.50 a.m. and was impressed to see that they had three different flights almost at the same time.

And believe you me, all the three flights left on time. I know this is not common in most African airlines, especially with the big and renowned ones. However, RwandAir is really doing a great job in respecting time.

Service on board these days is always excellent. I have the impression that the on-board crew are always briefed about the importance of excellent customer service.

I would like to invite more people to give RwandAir a chance. Even though there are still aspects that they need to improve, they really have many bright spots.

Customer service is critical for the survival of any airline around the world. Thus, RwandAir management needs to be commended for excellent its services.
