Editor,

When President   Paul Kagame addressed the Rwandan Diaspora, during his visit to France, earlier this month, he encouraged them to contribute towards the development of their country.

When Rwandans move abroad, some of them acquire skills and experience that can be used to help with the ongoing transformation process.

Through your paper, I would like to encourage members in the Diaspora to look at how they can join the process.  The contribution of Rwandans in the Diaspora to the national economy, through remittances, cannot be over emphasised. But, there is still a lot they can do.
