Rwanda opens Consulate in Turkey

A delegation of 20 senior government officials is in Turkey to witness the official opening of the Rwanda Consulate of in the country.The objective of opening the Consulate, according to a statement, is to promote bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

A delegation of 20 senior government officials is in Turkey to witness the official opening of the Rwanda Consulate of in the country.

The objective of opening the Consulate, according to a statement, is to promote bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

The high level delegation is composed of ministers Louise Mushikiwabo (Foreign Affairs), Francois Kanimba (Trade) and Albert Nsengiyumva of infrastructure.

Others include the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Development Board, John Gara, and members of the Private Sector Federation, among others.

During the launch, the RDB representative made a presentation portraying Rwanda as an ideal destination for investment, through which both Rwanda and Turkey learnt about each other’s opportunities and incentives.
