Allow me as a customer of this branch to exercise my discontent to the management of BCR Novotel for wasting customers’ time.

Dear editor,
Allow me as a customer of this branch to exercise my discontent to the management of BCR Novotel for wasting customers’ time. 

When customers go to this branch for different transactions, some sit and others stand in lines waiting to get services from only two teller people available at the counter.

As result, customers waste a lot of time and one wonders why the management doesn’t look into this matter and increase on the number of teller people who are giving service to its customers.

Some customers just run to these banks to get money to move their transaction and others need to go back to their busy schedules. But in most cases they fail to do so because of the time they spend.

Most people are now days inclined not go to this branch because of the human jam.
I therefore, call for immediate intervention by the management before customers choose other banking institutions which provide quick services.
