I hear of a new super nightclub soon opening doors in the town’s tallest structure, Kigali City Tower.

This sounds great, especially for the party makers, though they should slow down a bit; because, as many places open up, many more are closed down for breaching local rules.

The good thing again is that some are allowed to reopen after collecting their weaknesses, though others ultimately get out of business.

The latest incident is of "Papyrus”, in the heart of Kimihurura suburb. It was ordered to either close down, or deal in other businesses like coffee and pizza, because of lacking a parking yard and causing commotion.

Papyrus is not the first to meet this tragedy, remember; the Kacyiru-based "Shooters” has, "Club Next” down town Muhima has, though the two later reopened.

Some of the other spots that once displayed Kigali’s fantastic night life, like Cadillac Night club and La Planet no longer happen the way they used to.

The next thing might be, seeing only boring hangouts survive, while the popular ones ‘leave the floor’.
