Alain Mukurarinda a.k.a Alain Muku is a public prosecutor attached to Gasabo District who is also an artist. He is planning to release three of his albums at once.

Speaking to  Alain Muku said that three albums to be released are the collections of all his songs some of which have been aired on FM stations as hit singles.

"I have worked with Jean Christophe Matata, he has taken my three albums in Europe for mastering, probably I will release them mid this year,” Alain Muku said. Alain Muku said that he has a forth album still in production.

When asked why he delayed to put his music on the market, Alain Muku said that, "music piracy has been rampant in Rwanda but now that it is a little bit controlled, I can come in.”

The albums are produced in a variety of styles cutting across Soukous, Zouk and South African kwaito among other styles.

Different hit singles that will be released on these albums include the popular Murekatete song and a sports song commonly known as Tsinda (win).

Alain Muku started singing by miming songs of international popular singers and liked very much to lead songs in the Red Cross clubs and scouts clubs, etc.

From his childhood at the age of four, Alain Muku started feeling music and has never had a back-slide until he went professional in 1990 with Galaxy band. He has worked closely with artistes in Rwanda, more especially fighting for their rights and piracy.
