I am so happy to write to you today. It has been so long since I last communicated through Tell Chaka. I’m back and let me hope that every one of you is doing great.

Today, I introduce a young student, Ignatius Mugisha. He is a 14-years-old S.2 student at Braeburn Arusha in Tanzania. I knew he was wise and talented when I met him. He was smart and confident in his school uniform. He spoke excellent English too.

Mugisha said that if elected as the Minister of Health, he would push Rwanda to the limit.

"As the elect Minister of Health, I would build hospitals in every district of Rwanda. And make (P.E) Physical Education compulsory in all Rwandan schools.

I would put a nurse in every school so that Rwandan children are immunized and don’t die from preventable diseases like tetanus, polio, just to mention few. I would encourage schools to have proper toilets, use of clean water in villages by constructing a number of water tanks and bore holes and sensitizing the public on healthy eating habits.

Unclean butcher shops would be stopped from operating until they prove to the ministry that their operating environment meets the standards. Dirty hotels would also be closed down.

Theses would be among my priorities.”
