FRANCE this week extradited, to Belgium, Fabien Neretse, Alias Fabien Nsabimana, one of the most wanted Genocide fugitives, on a European arrest warrant.The World will, without doubt, be a better place if people who commit crimes are brought to book and punished accordingly.

There are still several fugitives in African countries and beyond. Their identities and the details of the crimes they committed have been listed.It should be everyone’s obligation to help arrest them
