US-BASED Honore Ayebare is aiming to guide Rwanda to podium finish in the All Africa Games which start on Saturday in Maputo, Mozambique.

Ayebare told Times Sport on Tuesday before the team’s departure to Maputo that she is well prepared to lead Rwanda to success in the games.

"I hope to guide my team to success. We have had a good preparation time and I am happy for my team mates, who are all in good form,

"We want to sacrifice all for our nation. We are focusing on guiding our team to finish among the medal winners,” stated the national team guard.

Ayebare displayed good tactical skills to help Rwanda snatch a ticket to the Maputo games. Rwanda sealed their win against the hard fighting Kenyan team with a three point margin (57-54) thus accomplishing the unbeaten run to clinch the zone V title.
