Last week, I boarded a taxi to Nyabugogo and almost had an accident as the driver was busy talking on his phone and hence paying no attention!

Police officers have done commendable job helping in implementing laws that ensure the safety of road users. However, I appeal to police to look into the issue of drivers who drive while simultenously using their phones .

This is a very risky practice. Police and passengers should collaborate to stop it as it could result into fatal accidents.
