Uganda’s dance sensations, the Triplets Ghetto Kids, are expected to perform in Kigali at the Afri-Heritage Concert and Awards-2022, slated for April 1 at the Kigali Marriott Hotel.

The young dancers confirmed their performance at the forthcoming event in a minute-long video posted on their Instagram page on Thursday, March 21.

The group was founded in 2014 by Daouda Kavuma and is composed of children from the Katwe shantytown area in Uganda’s capital, Kampala.

They have been on major platforms across the world and featured in notable videos like American rapper French Montana’s song ‘Unforgettable’.

Adding to their milestones, they performed during the World Cup tournament’s opening events in Qatar last year. And this year, they met French football player, Kylian Mbappé and were used as mascots during a Paris Saint-Germain F.C. (PSG) game, which Mbappé plays for.
