In case you were wondering how to start the weekend, worry not because La Boum Entertainment Company is geared up to make your weekend terrific.

In a bid to enhance cultural and modern entertainment offers to Rwandans, a monthly event themed: "Come and Dance” initiated by La Boum Entertainment Company, will be inaugurated today, at Sano Park in Rusororo Gardens – about 3km along Kigali- Kabuga route.

The party starts at 6pm till late, with the entrance fee between Rwf5000 and Rwf8000 for singles and couples, respectively. Expected to perform is Kitoko, with a string of great local and East African DJs.

According to Françoise Rugomboka, the Managing Director of La Boum Entertainment Company, the firm will provide Kigali with an iconic entertainment above the modern night clubs and entertainment centers in the city.

"We shall introduce several new concepts including providing VIPs with entertainment space away from hotels where they are used to carry their businesses to a classy environment, where they can further relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere or provide entertainment to their guests away from the city,” Rugomboka said.

While it will be a monthly entertainment event, it will also be a symbol of the technology culture including management and information system for inventory, finance and human resources, as well as a modern video audio system which will bring to customers the best service and an enjoyable time.

Rugomboka noted: "We host live bands, cultural troupes and talented artistes will have an opportunity to perform in an environment where their talent will be appreciated and made popular.”

Meanwhile, music enthusiasts should expect a full package of performances, such as Jazz, Pop and music on demand coupled with excellent quality catering services.

The objective of this firm is to plan and organise a successful monthly event to enhance social and cultural entertainment shows starting in Kigali.

Rugomboka said that the firm will create a world class of profitable music entertainment space for low, middle to upper class Rwandans, as well as expatriates and tourists in the country.

"Our aim is to create an entertainment brand that will become a characteristic of Rwanda’s entertainment with its own uniqueness and features, the same way Rwanda is known, for instance, for its coffee, or mountain gorillas,” he stated.

"We are also keen on promoting young talents, as well as giving back to the community,” Rugomboka concluded.
