Editor,

The former Rwandan Minister of Public Works, Hyacinthe Nsengiyumva Rafiki, alias John Muhindo was this week, arrested in France for his role in the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.

Rwandans remember well that the same Rafiki is a co-founder of the FDLR, a terrorist group that has continued to kill innocent civilians in the region and in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where it’s based.

I, therefore, wish to appeal to other countries where the suspects are hiding to arrest all the remaining fugitives, so that we end the culture of impunity in the world.
