Shema gets 2011 Afrobasket nod

RWANDA’S Didier Maboko Shema is one of 14 referees who will officiate at this year’s. Afrobasket tournament. The list also includes Anthony Razafindrakoto (Madagascar), Babatunde Popoola (Nigeria), Carlos Julio (Angola), Ben Ali Cisse (Ivory Coast), Arnaud Njilo Kom (Cameroon), Steve Koukou-Te-Ngbanda (Central), Ahmed Medhat El-Falaky (Egypt), Chlif Abdelliah (Morocco), Moussa Toure (Mali), Muhimua Abreu (Mozambique), Antonn Stacy Gomm (South Africa), Alioune Fall (Senegal), Nourou Djeri (Togo) and Haykel Ksontini (Tunisia).

The list also includes Anthony Razafindrakoto (Madagascar), Babatunde Popoola (Nigeria), Carlos Julio (Angola), Ben Ali Cisse (Ivory Coast), Arnaud Njilo Kom (Cameroon), Steve Koukou-Te-Ngbanda (Central), Ahmed Medhat El-Falaky (Egypt), Chlif Abdelliah (Morocco), Moussa Toure (Mali), Muhimua Abreu (Mozambique), Antonn Stacy Gomm (South Africa), Alioune Fall (Senegal), Nourou Djeri (Togo) and Haykel Ksontini (Tunisia).

Fiba Africa also appointed five neutral referees and they include; Piloidis Anastasios (Greece); Boltauzer Matej (Slovenia), Vitalis Gode (Kenya), Leslie Cherubin (Mauritius) and Nachid Messaoudi (Algeria).

The tournament will run from August 17- 28 in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
