Editor,

Technical Vocational Education Training ( TVET ) is one of the most critical aspects in a nation’s development and as Education Minister Pierre Damien Habumuremyi rightly urged the new Director General , Work Force Development Authority , Jerome Gasana there is need for innovation and  setting of a target where 50 percent of students graduating from the Nine-Year Basic Education ( 9YBE ) enroll into the program.

I wish Jerome Gasana every success in his new assignment and offer him and WDA any kind of assistance that might be required towards forging suitable partnerships in India for the TVET Program.
