The skinny jeans is back big time and with a bang! Everywhere you go ladies are in skinny jeans, whether blue, black or even green skinny jeans are a fashion block buster for the season.

Skinny jeans were there in the eighties but faded as the fashion of the nineties brought in baggy jeans. Now, the skinny jeans are more famous than any other jeans fashion ever designed.

Some of the fashion trends are strictly meant for young girls while others are more suitable only for women. However, a fashion trend which allows full freedom of enjoyment to both women and girls is always regarded as the best.

Girls love such fashion trends because they wish to look womanly whereas women love these trends because they want to look more girlish and young.

This may seem a little funny to some of you but this is how it has always been and will be, and the skinny jeans have provided just that!

I first spotted the skinny jeans worn by one of my sisters, and I thought to myself that as much as they looked nice and comfortable I could never fit in that kind of an outfit.

Lo and behold when I travelled to Nairobi and in the middle of shopping with my friend Jackie when we stumbled upon the skinny jeans big enough to fit me.

I liked what I saw and bought two for myself. Celebrities like the Kardashian sisters, Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss have all been seen in skinny jeans.

And the good thing about the skinny jeans is that you can dress it up or dress it down. The skinny jeans can also be transformed from an office wear to an evening wear

Because Skinny Jeans are so tight, they look trendier when balanced with a fuller top. Tunics, short dresses, or drapey tops are good. Flatter your figure a bit more by belting the top at your natural waist.

In general, tight tops paired with Skinny Jeans are unflattering unless they are hip length or longer. T-shirts that hit at the belt line can work especially if paired with a vest or blazer.

If you do that, wear a skinny belt through the loops of your Skinny Jeans.

Unless you are tall, in which case you can wear ballet flats, Skinny Jeans should be worn with heels. Heels make your legs look long and lean, so paired with a skinny jean-the results are amazing!

The classic pointy-toed stiletto works well. Wedges also work. Peep-toes, ankle boots, booties, etc. can also work.

Just don’t pair Skinny Jeans with anything too chunky because, like one fashionista put it, you’ll look like you have lollipops coming out of your jeans.

From Levis to Denim and even from our own local designers, skinny jeans are a force to reckon in the fashion world this season. Grab a pair from Euro designs today and be in the know!
