Iam writing to extend my appreciation for the good work done by The New Times,in collaboration with the Health Communications Centre, by regularly reporting on health matters.
Particular reference is made to the story on blood donation which was very helpful to many Rwandans.
For instance, I did not know that one can donate blood anytime by simply visiting a regional centre. I have since donated blood because I have a personal testimony on how a hospital’s blood bank can save lives.
I have been reading stories on other issues and I wish stories on health and blood donation could be highlighted more.
I would like to request the HCC to specify a day of the week when it publishes the health page.
The other proposal is for HCC to communicate online.
