PHOTOS: Urukerereza entertains King Charles at Commonwealth Day in UK

Rwanda's national ballet, Urukerereza, performed at the UK's national service of celebration for Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey, on March 13.

In attendance were British monarch, King Charles III, the Queen Consort, members of the UK's royal family, and dignitaries and representatives from around the Commonwealth group of nations.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Vincent Biruta, delivered a reading during the service, as Rwanda is currently Commonwealth Chair-In-Office.

During their visit to the UK, Urukerereza also performed for the ITV News cameras at the Rwandan High Commission in London and visited the Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal Football Club which has a partnership with the country under the Visit Rwanda brand.
